Spring is here: Time for hanging out at a rooftop bar in New York!

In: New York City

Read more and the English article after the cut!

New York time! Spring is finally here and this inspires me to introduce you to another great rooftop bar in New York City. I have already told you about 230 Fifth. Top of the Strand, the small rooftop bar of The Strand Hotel in Manhattan’s Garment district is smaller, but also not that crowded.

I love the hotel, because of its fashionable decoration and beautiful fashion photographs hanging in every room. The last time I stayed at the hotel, of course, we checked out the rooftop bar on the 21st floor. You should definitely try the Lychee Martini. Drinks are alright, but of course, quite expensive – it still is a rooftop bar in Manhattan.

Top of the Strand has already been named the best rooftop bar by New York Magazine in the past and was decorated by Lydia Marks (who has also worked for Sex and the City and The Devil wears Prada).

A small rooftop bar, not overly crowded with a great view the minute you step out of the elevator!
